The MultiPlus unit is a battery charger which offers self-consumption and back-up power. It is suitable for off-grid solar battery systems.

The MultiPlus unit has one AC input which is usually used to connect a back-up diesel generator. The unit has an AC output where the PV inverters and AC loads are conected. Some models also have an auxiliary AC output which can be used for a programmable load such as an immersion.

Three MultiPlus units can be connected in 3 phase configuration and several units can be installed in parallel for larger commercial systems.

The MultiPlus inverter/charger is suitable for use with lead-acid batteries, it can also charge Li-ion batteries if installed with a Battery Management System.
